I am curious as to which of the two Hummus recipes you used. I'm happy that one of them worked for you:-) I would definetly try Jeanne's recipe for Tahini as opposed to the idea that I suggested. I am pretty sure that sesame seeds are not as oily as peanuts are and, therefore, would need some added extra oil as Jeanne's recipe calls for. I also want to thank you for posting your recipe for Falafel. It sounds really good!
