I really appreciate this, and it really sounds good. But I am looking for a specific recipe out of a specific cook book. I have an old series of books from Better Homes and Gardens. One is a Mexican cookbook. In this recipe, you simmer the meat in a bunch of different spices. That is what I'm trying to find! I really appreciate you looking for me though! Thanks
