ISO: ISO Chimichanga recipe
Misc.Hello old friends! I am hoping you all can come to my rescue again as you have so many times before. I am looking for a chimichanga recipe that was in an old Better Homes and Garden cookbook. I have a collection of these, but through the years, and several moves, somehow this book seems to have disappeared!
In this recipe, you took beef, and added some spices, and boiled it down till it could be shredded easily. Then you filled a tortilla with the meat, and fried it.
Hopefully one of you ladies has these same books and can come to my aid!
Thanks
