I HAD cracked the recipe. I had even made it a few times. But, like an idiot, I didn't write it down.
I DO know that the asiago cheese is a blend of 1 part lowfat cream cheese (softened), 1 part shredded asiago cheese, 2 cloves roasted garlic. If I remember correctly, a spoon of the cheese is just melted over the top of the grilled chicken breast and garnished with a fine dice of tomatoe. I have also used sun dried tomatoes.
