acini di pepe

Misc.

Acini de Pepe is a pasta that is also known as "soup-mac" or a pasta that is added to soups. It is very tiny, looks a little like tapioca granules.
Years ago it used to be called "Pastina" but me and my kids lovingly refer to it as porridge. They love it for breakfast!
