Angel Food Cake

Misc.

If the Cake mixes produce any where as much as 12 cups of batter you need a good size pan to bake your cake in
But a bundt cake pan is a larger
and when cooling foam type cakes you sometimes turn the pan upside down over a bottle
if you noticed some angel food cake pans have like feet.A loaf size angel food cake pan is bigger then 9 x 5 inches.

also since we only fill up the pan 1/2-2/3 full to account for the rising
one 9x 5 inch loaf pan will not be enough.you might need to use two pans
you still need to add the beaten whites to a mix I think
and whites mutiply in volume when beaten stiff
