Hi Ann,

No problem at all - you are welcome to post as much as you'd like! My apologies, maybe the confusion is that I marked Judy's freezing tips as Recipe (tried) (I often do that with tips and hints so they'll show up in 'recipe only' searches that our visitors do). Of course, we'd love to see Judy's recipe if she has time to post it!

Thanks for your response. I have clicked on either "list" or "read" replies, but no curd recipe from Judy, but I have a nice recipe from Linda Lou, which I'm going to try. Besides I've caused enough trouble for one day!
