Another Labor Day explanation

Hi Karen - you've been given the official definition of Labor Day here in the US, but another version is that it's the unofficial end of our summer season. Kind of the final chance to get together with family and friends on a 3-day weekend - last of the summer barbeques and summer cookout recipes before we head back to school and vacations are finished.

It's a bittersweet time for lots of us who hate to see the summer pass, but enjoy the last hurrah of firing up the grills.
