As usual, these recipes sound wonderful. I have copied them and am looking forward to using them over the week end. How is the kitchen coming along? I know when you are finished it will be like a commerical kitchen,(with all the updated gadgets, appliances, etc). Sounds like you are going all the way with it. Keep us informed.
