CAMPBELL'S SAUTEED CHICKEN BREASTS
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed Italian style tomato soup*
1/2 cup water
Combine flour and pepper and coat chicken lightly.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat brown chicken in oil, about five minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside; pour off fat.
In same skillet, combine (undiluted) soup and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, return chicken to skillet; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is done.
*Condensed cream of tomato soup may be substituted. Add Italian seasoning to taste.
