I don't know anything about this company, but I did notice the Vermont Store site mentioned an upstate NY candy maker. In doing a search, I found the Candy Kraft Candies of Altamont, NY that featured the illusive fibert/hazelnut candy. They do have an e-mail address and an on-line site. I do not know if the ship.

I hope this helps to make someone's holidays a little sweeter!
