there is a kind of sausage we get here, I don't know if it is available where you hail from, the brand is called Johnsonville. They have a "greek" sausage they make, and my DH says it tastes just like longaniza to him.

They are delicious, anyway! Gladys, are they really P.R., or just of some Spanish extraction? Either way, they are very popular in the DR, too.
