Boiled Ham

Misc.

Hi Juanita;
I always buy a couple pounds when boiled ham or smoked turkey is on sale. I divide into freezer ziplocks and freeze for future use.
The ham would also be good chopped up and put into an omelet or frittata or just scrambled with some eggs for Sunday breakfast.
