Hi Juanita,

Dont forget to add some ham to your favorite scalloped potato recipe -- just add a salad and some crusty bread and your meal is complete!!

I, too, have had excellent luck with freezing my left-over ham (especially helpfull when there is the spiral cut honey baked ham left from the holidays - its too darned expensive to waste any of it.)
