Donna, The one thing to remember is the size of the motor.... the bigger the motor the more strength the machine will have when mixing the bread as it gets bulkier.... I have the Panasonic 2 lb. model and I love it.... the Zorushi is an excellent model also, but you will pay bigger bucks for it. :o)
