Carrie,
I checked several spots on the Internet, and although many very famous chefs graciously share their recipes, she does not, claiming that they are copywrited. So, unless someone knows which recipe you are talking about, no luck. Try the library for her cookbooks, or wander the aisles of your favorite bookstore-they usually don't mind casual browsing.
