Recipe(tried): IMHO, Debbie, I would choose the food processor..
Misc.I have both and invariably I will end up using the FP. It does so much more than just blend. Even though I have a very inexpensive one, can't remember the name, it still gets used more than the blender.
Besides, the blender is so much more difficult to clean!!!
