Cassatta Cake

Thank you both for your recipes. They sound very good. I am still in search
of the Cassatta Cake made without any cheese and with a custard/pudding
strawberry center and whip cream frosting. Maybe they just make it unusual
here in Ohio, but still hoping to find recipe. Thanks for your help.
