ISO: Cassatta Cake with Custard and Strawberries

I read a message on here posted by a lady with the name Sandy and I just want to say that Sandy is right about the whole cassatta cake recipe here in Ohio. I think we do thing sdifferently here. I just want to say that I am in search of a cassatta cake recipe that uses the custard and strwberries. Good luck Sandy if you read this!!!
