ISO: Cassatta Cake

Misc.

I am desperately looking for a Cassatta Cake recipe. Also, known as the Italian Wedding Cake. I have not been able to find the one I am looking for however. The recipe I would like is a layer of white or yellow cake, then a layer with a custard or vanilla pudding center, and a layer of strawberries on top of the custard or pudding, and lastly the cake layer again with a whipped cream frosting. This recipe does not have any type of cheese in it. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance for your help.
