cathy: pls post the Korean recipes

Misc.

cathy,

would you please post those Korean cold appertizers for us? I really enjoy them with the Bukolki and the egg custard soup (if you also have the soft egg custard soup recipe?) My Aisan cooking is limited in Chinese and SouthEastern Asian (largely due to my soon-to-be-mother-in-law). But when it comes to traditional Japanese (and Korean), I'd have to rely mother's and the restaurants' coz I never managed to learn it when I was younger... Talkign about lost of tradition! Thanks for your recipes!
