Please do provide the "original" recipe for sunomono. I am intrigued with
Asian cooking and like you say most of it here is an adaption but I think that
original recipe request was for a recipe from a restaurant and I was just basing
my answer on that not original, authentic. It is very important to not lose the original recipes cause there is a lot of heritage in it.
