Should I use a certain type of radish? I've been wanting to try some daikon but I'm not sure how to prepare it. This recipe actually looks like a dish I tried last weekend. It was delicious! The dish I would like a recipe for is made of 1 veggie, I'm assuming radish. I need some guidance on the juice to put it in. I will certainly try the recipe you have listed. If it tastes anything like what I had, I will be eating alot of it. Thanks so much for posting!
