have u search under daikon? cathy posted some msg about this before... as u mentioned that there is only one veggie, i reckon it's daikon all right.. and u should only get this in jpnz/koren (sometimes)restaurants... chinese tend to mix up vegetables... i know my mother will grate the daikon (peel of the outer skin 1st) but i suggest u check it out under jpnz recipe here on tkl or other sites. i'd also strongly recommend cathy's posts... hoep this helps
