Cheese alternative

I found this which might help (http://www.whitehallspecialties.com/html/products.shtml) They have loads of cheese substitutes,more types than i've ever seen, but if you need the cheese in a hurry check out your local health food store and look for vegan cheese (this will be the same thing as it's non-diary) They are bound to have something. Also if you go to Google and type in 'Health food stores' it comes up with sites which have recipes for making your own!!! Even better perhaps! Good luck
