I'm sorry I had you confused with someone else. It was Margaret/MA that posted the Arroz Con Pollo recipe that we love. I was close though :-) I did love the Shoe Peg Salad you posted below! Let me know about the Church cookbook. I'm a real sucker for cookbooks and I would like to purchase one if you think it will be a good one.. I spend too much time in TKL. Betsy has done a good job here. I'm addicted!! Hard to get anything else done. Love to cook and the problem is my husband and I love to eat it!!! I try to walk alot!!!....well, you have a good evening and maybe we will chat again.
