Chicken Marsala

I don't have a recipe off the top of my head but give me a day, I'll look. By the way, Marsala is a sweet fortified wine from Spain. Aprapo of this, I saute left- over roast chicken in butter and then add Marsala or Madiera (another sweet fortified wine from Spain) and reduce it while the chicken is still in the pan.
