Ciabatta

Misc.

We used to have a small coffee shop and all of our sandwiches were made on Ciabatta bread...we had the greatest turkey (real baked turkey) sandwiches that were really popular and also the veggie sandwich was the BEST! Ciabatta bread, I think makes the best sandwiches, happy that I now have a recipe for it..(we used to get ours from a small bakery in Vancouver and also a supplier, but I think that a home made one would be fantastic, thanks!!!!!!
