RE: G (about Ciabatta)

G,

we had some lamb cutlets to go with your Ciabatta for an early dinner today as we came back from church really late... (skipped the lunch!) We really loved it and I will make it again next week. I will have to find a way to prepare it before our 11:00am service. Any suggestion? Also, is there other way to eat this bread than plian and buttered? Thanks for sharing this recipe. This is my no. 4 recipe in my bread collection! :)
