Coconut cones, aka "mole hills"

Misc.

My mom always made these wonderful cookies called coconut cones. They taste like a mounds bar. I now make them every year for my own family. The first time my husband ever had them, he jokingly said they looked like snow covered mole hills. There are his absolute favorite Christmas cookie. (Mine too) So, ever since then, they are known as mole hill cookies!
