Hi Cheesehead, here's the Coconut Cone aka Molehill cookie recipe.
1/4 c butter or margarine
2-1/2 c sifted confectioners sugar
4 Tbs. evaporated milk
3 c angel flake coconut
1/2 package semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt butter over low heat until lightly browned. Stir in sugar, evaporated milk, and coconut. Drop by Tbs. onto waxed paper. (I place the wax paper onto cookie sheets) Chill until cookies start to firm up, then shape into a cone shape. (kinda pinch them up so they are wide at the base and tapered up to the top)Let chill in fridge until completely firmed up. Melt chocolate and dip bottoms of cones into it. Place back onto wax paper lined cookie sheets and put in fridge until chocolate hardens. Makes about 3 dozen. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled. NOTE: Keep these stored in the refrigerator. Can also be frozen. Actually, they taste really good frozen! I remember sneaking them out of the freezer as a kid! :0) Enjoy!
