Dear Bev: The thruth is that I am not sure, but what I envision is a pan

within a pan where you can put the potatoes etc... on the top pan & any liquid will go to the bottom, without compromising the texture of the casserole. I suggest you use a lasagna pan as I do for most of my casseroles.
