Dear Genevieve: You are certainly very welcome, dear Friend.

Misc.
Through the years I had posted several Sancocho recipes because I love it. If you look at the Recipe Swap about two days ago, I posted for dear Judy/Quebec several Sancocho recipes & a Midnight Sop n (Sancocho) that is a soup that we prepare before the end of a party to sustain the guests & to help those that consumed too many cocktails. It is also delicious. I am so glad that someone from the RecipeLink had tasted real SANCOCHO & knows the reason behind my enthusiasm for it. Thanks again for asking dear friend!
