I've tried some of the recipes. They taste great... I still need to perfect the method though. Things aren't tasting Latin for some reason. Maybe cause I am used to the American way of cooking. LOL
I was wondering if you have a recipe for just Chicken. My mother-in-law makes the best chicken or pork chops. I think she braises the meat, not sure. I know she uses Sofrito. She's so secretive about her recipes and cooking I just haven't been able to get my meat to taste like hers.
Another thing is Pastelon or plantain lasagna. Do you have a recipe for that also?
You have been a huge help. My husband is very grateful.
