Hi Gladys,
Just wanted to let you know I am trying out the recipes. My husband has been so happy. He helped me make Sofrito and will be able to help on the weekends too.

My cooking still doesn't taste like his mother's (of course) but hopefully as I get more practice it will get better.

If you have anymore Dominican recipes, please post them.
