This sounds like a wonderful meal. I hope you all enjoyed it & had a great Father's Day Celebration. I was wondering, when you serve rutabagas, do you serve them raw, or do you cook them? I love them raw, but have never had them cooked. If you cook them would you let me know if you have any special recipe for them?
