Debbie D's Glazed Pork Roast

Misc.

Hi Debbie!

Just found your recipe for Glazed Pork Roast, that you posted back in September. It sounds delicious and I plan on trying it out for Christmas dinner, since it will be just the 4 of us. My husband bought two of those Pork Loin Combo Packs at Meijer's since they were on sale for $0.99/lb. and I was looking for a different way of making pork roast besides just seasoning and roasting. Money is tight right now, I just had knee surgery last week and we are still hurting from the time that my husband had to take off for this, and next week will probably be a bit tight still... so it is nice to be able to fix something special out of what I have in the freezer.

What else would you suggest serving with this, BTW? Something relatively inexpensive, preferably.
