Can't wait to try this - it sounds just wonderful.

And guess what? I stopped by a used book store last week and found "Farm Journal's Country Cookbook", copyright 1959 - bought it for $2.00! It hardly looks like it's been used! I haven't looked through it completely, but I don't see your recipe in it.
