if you do a search on the net "Zuppa Toscana". It is my favorite thing at Olive
Garden. There are a couple of variations on the recipe but I found you have to
doctor them a bit to get it close to the real thing. For example, the first
time I made it, there was way too much fat in it. So I removed some of it the
next time. I also cut the amount of broth in half. Try it and see what you
think. If you can't find it, let me know, I have it at home.
