Your meal sounds soooo delicious I can almost taste it! Glad to hear that your Kristen is on the mend & I do hope she won't need another surgery. I just wanted to let you know that I added green beans, cooked in your Southern-style with bits of ham to our Thanksgiving menu this year. I know they will complement the rest of the meal, & I will be able to purchase my beans fresh from a local farmstand the day before the holiday. Have a lovely week, Deb! Cali
