Donna,
Would like to ask a few questions, if I may? Did you ever do the Honey Ribs and Rice in your Nesco? When you bought the Nesco, did you also purchase any kind of cookbook with recipes ? I had a third question and I can't think of it, maybe it will come to me later. Will post then. Just thought of it. Someone once suggested not to put celery in a crock pot for to long, because it has a tendency to become mushy. Would you agree with that? I've never cooked in a crock pot before. Still thinking about purchasing a Nesco, haven't done it yet.
