Entenmanns Creme Filled Fudge Cake with Fudge Icing

Seeking recipe similar to the luscious cake distributed by Entenmanns at local grocery stores called Cream Filled Fudge Cake with Fudge Icing. It is simply the best and I would love to duplicate it if possible. Does anyone have it? I especially am interested in the cream filled recipe as I dont have a clue what is in it....
