Excellent meat substitute

Misc.

In England we have a wonderful meat substitute called Quorn. I don't know if it is avalable in the U.S. yet, but keep it in mind.
Some health food stores may be able to give you some more information. It comes in the form of pieces ( approx. 1 inch cubes) or mince, and there are also a wide variety of frozen products available.
It is much better than TVP or any other meat substitute I have ever eaten before.
