If the Yves products are available to you, I used to use the "burger burgers" in place of ground beef before I found the Heartline products. Just crumble them up into your dish. It is a little more expensive to do it this way, as a pack of two can cost a couple of dollars (that is in Canadian funds, so about half that for the States! ) but it tastes great and is a nice treat. My non-veggie hubby actually prefers them to "real" hamburgers, because you don't get all the grease and grisle. Great in tacos, too! :-)
