Fish on Geo.Forman grill

Misc.

Yes, I've done tuna steaks and also another fish - maybe it was haddock? Can't remember right now. We usually do the tuna on the grill - but it was stormy/rainy/windy .... so we used the Geo.F ... and it worked well. I had brushed it with garlic oil and then pressed cracked peppercorns in (this is what I was going to do on the gas grill). I have no idea how long I grilled it - but I did open the Geo.F after a few minutes and moved it about 1/4 turn so that the grill marks would be cross-hatch. It turned out well.

The other was a dryer fish - flakier - that's why I think it might have been haddock (both of these were last winter) and because of that I marinated it in a vinaigrette for about 15 - 20 minutes. It worked well too.

I've hesitated in using it for flounder or sole as it is so thin that I wonder if it would crumble? Maybe someday I'll try that. But right now its dry, hot and humid - so we're using the outdoor grill.

Oh - we've done shrimp too. Great.
