For heaven's sake, Jeanne, my husband I took a trip yesterday too!

Misc.
OK, so it was only 90 miles to town to see the CPA for 2002 taxes, but still, both of us eating the same things and traveling on the same day??!!
I'm having the leftover chicken (the sauce was finished off entirely the first night) and noodles for my dinner tonight while my husband grabs a sandwich as he comes in (and back out) the door to a FD meeting. Yesterday we had lunch out but came home for dinner, a variety of brushchetta, fresh mozzarella, basil, balsamic and tomato along with the eggplant one I posted a while ago. I had the leftovers for lunch today. Normally we eat lighter, too, but haven't gotten out of the "holiday eating" yet. We will next week I'm sure, I hope. We leave the end of March for Italy. We are so excited. I need to post the menu from the other night, but I just finished 30 frosted valentines, 2 pans of macaroons & ran in here to send an e-mail to the CPA and saw your post. I will chocolate dip one side of the Cappucino Flats and one side of the Macaroons while my husband is at the meeting tonight. Taking the cookies to his office, friends ad neighbors tomorrow and then on Friday I will take some to my parents 90 miles away. Haven't settled on a Valentine menu yet for when I get home. Maybe AJ's will help out!! Do you have them in FL? I enjoy your posts, Jeanne.
