Found the Cookbook - The Italian Bakery Cookbook by Lee Mangione Cirillo

I was able to obtain a copy of this cookbook from the Library of Congress. They made a photocopy of the book for me so no return was necessary. to do the same, make an inter-library loan request through your local public library. I was unable to find a copy anywhere else.
