Freezing Cream Puffs
Misc.I have frozen them for up to 6 months. I took out the filaments in the center,
cooled them, wrapped them in plastic wrap, and place them in a zip lock. Put
them in an area, where nothing is going to be placed on top of them. To use
them, simply thaw and fill as usual.
