Frittata spelling ...

I just did a search and I think the real spelling is Frittata.
It also looks like everyone makes them in a pan sove top but the way I told you worked for us and was good and would be easier for a group maybe?? ignorance can be bliss :-)
some wonderful combinations came up on a search of recipes here .... salmon, asparagus, and yes potatoes!
