Again Thank you for all the suggestions. To answer some of the question I didn't cover, I am a friend and doing the cakes and food. At this point I know what the cakes will look like,I hope, and the color is blue. It will be a church wedding and I am assuming the reception will be in a hall of some kind. They are planning Jan. wedding. By the way Jackie the blue punch recipes may fit in for this affair, at least they are ideas to work with. I have done affairs for as many as 80,(sit down dinner)but never 200. It is a challenge, and I like a challenge. Thanks again.
